Vendor Application

Please read the following:

  • Set up is Saturday morning, Nov 23rd starting at 8am
  • Break down is prior to midnight Nov 23rd
  • No food or beverage vendors are allowed
  • No tents, tables or chairs will be provided
  • Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis
  • Vendors will get up to 4 credentials per booth. Additional credentials are $10 each
  • Payment must be made prior to November 20th. Mail a cashiers check or money order to Eagle Advertising & Promotions, 5 Montclair Circle, Arkadelphia, AR 71923. If you pay but do not show up without advance notice you will not be invited back. Notice must be given 1 week prior to the event. No refunds for NO shows.
